Strategic Industrial Design
A 7-Year Partnership with Caemmun Movelaria in Brazil
I delivered market-leading furniture collections balancing high-volume production with cost-efficiency and modern aesthetics. From trend research to 3D renders, I ensured profitable, scalable, and global-ready designs.

My Process: Data-Driven Design
My process was never just about drawing. It involved:
Market Intelligence: I analyzed competitors and sales data to adjust briefings and create products with a high probability of success.
Material Research: Every year, I selected specific materials and production techniques to give each collection a unique identity without increasing costs.
Production Balance: I worked to bridge the gap between what consumers desired and what the factory could realistically produce at scale (around 3,000 units per month per item).

Full-Cycle Development: From Sketch to Screen
As our partnership grew, I expanded my services to ensure the products were presented perfectly to major retailers. I specialized in 3D Visualization and Product Photography, creating all the digital assets for the launches. This allowed for a seamless transition from the initial design to the final marketing materials.

Global Reach
Over six major collections, these products were sold in the largest retail stores in Brazil and exported to international markets, including South America and the United States.

The Partnership
For seven years, I worked as a lead Product Designer and Trend Consultant for Caemmun Movelaria, one of Brazil’s largest furniture manufacturers. What started as a few projects evolved into a long-term strategic partnership, where I was responsible for designing annual collections for the mass market.
The Challenge: Design for Scale
Designing for mass production is a complex puzzle. My goal was to create furniture that looked modern and high-end but remained affordable for the mass market. I had to optimize every millimeter of the MDF and MDP boards, ensuring easy assembly, smart packaging, and efficient transport—all while maintaining a strong aesthetic appeal.
